#Inktober Drawing: “Ominous” + Simple Scares

“Ominous”

For Day 30 of #Inktober2020, we got the cue word, “Ominous.” #Inktober

I’ve always been a sucker for stories of enchanted or cursed artifacts. I believe in the supernatural, and I believe there are things which you should leave alone.

I’m aware that I love in an age of ultimate skepticism and prideful assurance. People seem more convinced with each year that they know all they need to understand how this massive, incomprehensible universe works. The difference between knowledge and wisdom is being lost.

But not for this guy. In stealing the artifact, he discovers that there’s more to life than he thought.

And it’s not happy with what he did.

The usual disclaimer applies as always. If you like it, that’s great. If you don’t, that’s OK too. I’m just trying to stay in the habit of sharing things.
